- Optimize the performance of Maison’s daily newsletter.
- Initiate, manage and run relevant A/B tests to acquire and retain customers
- Implement reactivation email campaigns to improve the customer journey.
- Create relevant campaigns through other CRM touchpoints (SMS, push notifications, etc.) to increase conversion and ensure a great customer experience.
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other departments (Commercial, Production) to ensure consistency across channels and execution of marketing plans with brands and partners.
- Provide the marketing team and senior management team with insightful reporting and benchmark
- Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 2 - 3 years experience in CRM. Experience in E-commerce and retail is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Customer focused mindset
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
