Where can I find specific product information?

All product information can be found at our stores. Please use our store finder to findyour closest store here. Our customer service representatives are available to help you during business hours: from 9am - 12pm and from 13h to 18h, all days of the week including Saturday and Sunday.

I want to exchange my product, is it possible?

• All unused, unrepaired and unwashed items along with the original sale receipt can be exchanged within 3 to 7 days of purchase according to the exchange policy of each brand. The Returns policy of each of our brands is unique. For more information regarding the exchange location, please contact our Customer Services Department via email at customercare@maisonjsc.com or hotline 1900252538. Our customer service representatives are available to help you during business hours: from 9am - 12pm and from 13h to 18h, all days of the week including Saturday and Sunday.
• On-sale items cannot be exchanged in any cases.

I want to get a refund on my last purchase – What is the process?

  • We do not offer refunds for any of our brands.
  • You will be granted an exchange if your return an item(s) that is unused, unrepaired and unwashed within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase. For more details on exchange, please refer to the Exchange section.

Can I buy products online?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer online purchase . Please visit our stores to buy your favorite products.

You do not sell the items I am interested in - Can I have items shipped from overseas?

At present, we do not offer shipping services from overseas. All Products sold in our stores come from the brand headquarters and are delivered to Vietnam on a regular basis. Please do not hesitate to regularly visit our stores or register for our newsletter for regular updates on new arrivals.

I have bought a product in Hanoi, can I return it in Saigon?

For products exchange and returning, special policies apply. Please refer to question 2 above for more information.

I am very interested in an item that my friend bought in your store, but I cannot find it anymore – How can I get more information about it? How can I get it?

Please send us the item name, Brand, product code, and image of the item by email to customercare@maisonjsc.com. Our Customer Services department will check and confirm if the product is available. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you when more stocks arrive. 

I am interested in an item I saw online (facebook and website), how can I locate a store or see if it is available or not?

Please send us the code and image of the product by emailing us at customercare@maisonjsc.com. Our Customer Services department will check the product’s status and notify you of the nearest store around you that has your product in stock.

How can I know more about Maison discounts or information?

For Maison discounts and/or news, please register for our newsletter on our website or contact our Customer Services Department via email at customercare@maisonjsc.com or hotline 1900252538. Our customer service representatives are available to help you during business hours: from 9am - 12pm and from 13h to 18h, all days of the week including Saturday and Sunday.

Where can I register to the newsletter?

Please visit our website at www.Maisonjsc.com, where you can register using the form at the bottom of each page under “Newsletter subscription”. Please fill in your information to receive our latest news and promotions. 

I cannot buy an item I like as I live far from the store. How can I place an order? What is the payment method?

Please send product codes, images, sizes of the items through email to customercare@maisonjsc.com and our Customer Service department/Sales Staff will check the products status. If the product is available,
we can deliver the order to your home following bank transfer confirmation.
