Main tasks:

- Translating the Maison company vision and business goals into content campaigns that work within coherent traditional and digital marketing strategies with clear integration touch points to existing marketing activites

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and any other owned digital assets that the company may develop

- Managing the content across all performance and non-paid marketing channels to generate leads/interest/awareness on a case-by-case basis

- Execute marketing campaign strategy and content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company and brand social page

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to increase brand awareness

- Quarterly content audit of performance vs. budget as well as the creation of coherent marketing plans for the next quarter drawing from gained data and experience

- Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of marketing campaign content.

- Manage and work with all Content Writer in content team to build good content for all company’s social page

- Build & maintain influential & productive working relationships with the team to influence their performance positively

- Manage underperformance in a timely & appropriate way

- Create a positive team spirit & support other team members

- Network & build relationships internally & externally to deliver commercial outputs

- Take ownership for issues & results

- Manage your own time to ensure deadlines are met & actions are followed up & completed to a high standard

- Demonstrate an aptitude for working well under pressure

- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities & remain focused on the key goals

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Chairman and CEO

Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Journalist or relevant other subject

- Strong interest in fashion retail and at least 2-3 years of experience within the fashion industry

- Experience in ecommerce, oversight and management of digital marketing campaigns across multi- channels

- Track record of building scalable content marketing campaign strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision and excellence

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels

- Good operational and process orientation

- Experience in project management and organizational abilities

- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative teams

- Previous experience in a similar lead content role
